Dance & Acro
SAN LANE teaches a special program that helps improve dance technique. It contains Floorbarre, Modern Contemporary elements, Lyrical Jazz and a Turn Class Program.
The work also focuses on the artist inside the dancer and the connection between emotion and movement: What moves you?
Acro training works with strengthening exercises, mobility skills and active stretches to improve flexibility. MuscleBalance helps prevent injuries, while improvisation and partnering open new ways into lifts, jumps and personal style.
